Who can use it
Vehicles with Sanford or Springvale registration and a current residential permit. All trash must be in City PAYT bags. Commercial/multi-unit rules on fee sheet.

Where to buy: Issued at the Transfer Station prior to disposing. PAYT orange bags at listed local stores (Hannaford, Shaw's, Jerry's Market, Eldredge Lumber, Springvale Hardware, etc.).
