Who can use it
Topsham residents only. Vehicles need a solid waste facility permit sticker; the Town is tightening sticker checks for all users.

- Tuesday to Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (effective July 1, 2025)
- Closed Sunday, Monday, and holidays

Price: Permit sticker required; confirm current sticker fee at Town Hall. Pay-as-you-throw bags and $6 coupons sold separately.
Where to buy: Topsham Municipal Building, 100 Main Street (Town Clerk / Tax Office). Bags also at Hannaford, Market Basket, and Rusty's Market.
Notes: Facility accepts credit or debit if you do not have bags or coupons. Cash and checks are not accepted at the facility.
