Greenwich residents and local businesses with a valid Holly Hill Resource Recovery Facility entrance permit properly displayed. No waste generated outside Greenwich.

Required: Yes
Price: 2026-2027 Holly Hill entrance permit $25 (fiscal year July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027). Replacement for a misplaced tag is full price $25.
Where to buy: Online via Town Holly Hill Permit page, or in person at DPW Administration counter in Town Hall Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Credit card or check only; cash not accepted.
Notes: Hangtag must be displayed while visiting. Cargo-type vehicles (trucks, pickups, vans, trailers) are weighed; complete tare-weight registration when required.
