Who can use it
Needham residents with a current grey RTS windshield sticker. Commercial haulers need an annual commercial sticker ($125 through June 30). Household trash must be in Town of Needham yellow PAYT bags.

- Tuesday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Friday 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Required: Yes
Price: Residential / senior / additional / replacement / weekly pass stickers: free (July 2025 to June 2026 rates). Commercial hauler sticker: $125.
Where to buy: Town Clerk, Needham Town Hall, 1471 Highland Avenue (in person or by mail with completed application and self-addressed stamped envelope). Commercial haulers renew at the RTS; include check to Town of Needham for mail applications.
Notes: Current grey residential stickers do not need annual renewal. Stickers must be affixed to the windshield.
