Who can use it
Sudbury residents only with an annual vehicle sticker. No contractors or businesses.
Hours
- Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Put & Take closes at 2:30 p.m.
Sticker or permit
Required: Yes
Price: Full Transfer Station sticker $180 per year (July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027); second household vehicle $25. Recycle-only sticker $35; second vehicle $30. Lost full sticker replacement $180.
Where to buy: Mail the FY27 sticker application with check payable to Town of Sudbury and a stamped return envelope, or use the Town permitting system. Stickers are not sold as walk-up trash-bag sales at the station.
Notes: Yellow PAYT bags required for trash: 15 gallon $1.30 each ($6.50 pack of 5), 30 gallon $2.60 each ($13.00 pack of 5). Bags sold at local retailers, not at the Transfer Station.

Hazardous waste
Oil-based paint not accepted (HHW). Water-based paint $5 per gallon can in the paint shed. Broader HHW through regional collections; ask DPW.
Holiday closures
Confirm holiday posts with the Transfer Station; typical municipal holidays may close the site when they fall on Tue/Thu/Sat.
